“Thaala” Film Premiere

Date: 1 February 2019
Venue: Savoy Premiere, Wellawatte

A memorable evening at the premiere of the Sri Lankan film “Thaala”, held at Savoy Premiere, Wellawatte, on 1 February 2019.

The event brought together members of the Sri Lankan film industry, filmmakers, artists, media professionals and invited guests to celebrate the film's premiere.

It was also an opportunity for me to meet friends and personalities from the cinema and media community and to experience the atmosphere surrounding the first presentation of the film to its audience.

This occasion remains another memorable chapter in my long-standing connection with Sri Lankan cinema, media and the creative community.
