First Meeting of the HJM New Members – Viyathmaga Office

Date: 9 September 2018
Location: Viyathmaga Office

The first meeting of the members who joined our team in 2018 was held at the Viyathmaga Office on 9 September 2018. It provided an opportunity for the new members to meet one another and discuss how we would work together in the activities ahead.

During the meeting, I also had the opportunity to address the new members and share ideas about our activities, teamwork, coordination and the way we could work together as a group. The photographs preserve both the discussion and the large number of people who participated in this first gathering.

Bringing together people from different backgrounds and introducing them to one another as part of a new team made this a memorable occasion in our activities during 2018.

For me, these photographs represent more than simply another meeting. They preserve the beginning of a new chapter for our team, with many new members coming together for the first time.
