Designed and developed in 2004, this four-page corporate website was created for ICM Global Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd., a financial and management consultancy company providing investment analysis, project financing, business consulting, and real estate development services.
The client requested a professional website with a red-based corporate colour theme to represent strength, confidence, and financial growth. The website included Home, About Us, Services, and Contact pages, along with an interactive animated banner to enhance the visual presentation. A customized online contact form was also developed to allow visitors to send inquiries directly through the website.
The project focused on presenting the company’s corporate profile, management expertise, and range of consultancy services through a clean and informative web presence. This website was developed during the early era of corporate web design, combining structured HTML layouts with animated elements to create an engaging user experience.
ICM Global Limited is registered in the United Kingdom as a Limited Liability Company in July 2002. In February 2003, the company launched its initial services in the United Arab Emirates and since then has been assisting high net worth individuals and companies with project/investment analysis, deal structuring and funding, documentation etc.
In January 2004, the company decided to shift its base to Sri Lanka due to various reasons, most important being the availability of quality human resources.
ICM Global Lanka (Pvt.) Limited is registered under the Companies Act of Sri Lanka as a Financial /Management Consultancy Company. Following are the primary goals & objectives of the company:
- To carry on the business of promotion and management of venture capital, project financing, fund management, investment analysis, business consultants, investment promotions and management, acquire, purchase and deal in shares, stocks, debentures, debenture stocks, bonds, mortgages, rights, securities, commercial papers and assets of all description.
- To carry on business as trustees, custodians, agents administrators, representatives, delegates, correspondents and repositories of other offices or situations of trust or confidence and negotiate and enter into agreements, compromises, arrangements and other proceedings in connection therewith and manage financial, commercial and business transactions.
- To carry on the business of property owners, property managers, property developers, real estate agents and act as representatives for local and international investors.
Management:
Dedicated team of executives is led by Mr. Anver Jalaldeen, Managing Director. He is qualified with a Bachelors Degree in Finance from the Oklahoma State University, Oklahoma USA. He has been working at Fidelity Investments, USA and Wyndham International, USA as Senior Financial Analyst. Later he joined Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, UAE and then moved onto work with National Bank of Sharjah, UAE.
