Wooree Panel Website
Project Overview
Wooree Panel (Pvt) Ltd. was designed and developed by Isura Wickramarachchi in 2008 as the official corporate website for a company specialising in sandwich panel buildings, prefabricated construction systems, and modern building solutions. The website was created to introduce the company's innovative construction technology, showcase its products, and promote the advantages of prefabricated buildings for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
Design & Structure
The website featured a modern corporate design with a clean grey and blue colour palette that conveyed professionalism and reliability. A large feature image of a contemporary house immediately communicated the company's focus on modern construction solutions, while subtle graphic elements representing rising smoke or energy flow added a distinctive visual identity.
The homepage was divided into three functional sections:
- Left Panel: Company profile, contact information, and key advantages of sandwich panel construction.
- Centre Banner: A large promotional image highlighting modern housing solutions.
- Lower Content Area: A welcome message introducing the company's products and services, supported by clean typography and an uncluttered layout.
The design focused on simplicity, ensuring visitors could quickly understand the company's expertise while maintaining a professional corporate appearance.
Unique Design Concept
The website was designed around the concept of "Building the Future." The modern architectural imagery and clean layout reflected innovation, efficiency, and quality construction.
Rather than overwhelming visitors with technical specifications, the homepage emphasised the benefits of prefabricated building technology through attractive visuals and concise content, making the information accessible to both residential and commercial customers.
