Ecode Lanka Software Staff Trip to Laxapana

On 18 December 2004, I participated in the Ecode Lanka Software staff excursion to Laxapana, organized as a team-building and recreational event for the company's employees. The trip brought together colleagues from different departments, providing an excellent opportunity to strengthen workplace relationships outside the office environment.

Surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of Laxapana's waterfalls, rock formations, and lush natural landscape, we enjoyed swimming, photography, sightseeing, and various team activities. It was a refreshing escape from the demanding schedule of software development projects and offered everyone an opportunity to relax and reconnect with nature.

At the time, I was working as a UI Designer at Ecode Lanka Software, contributing to the development of medical software solutions for clients in Belgium. Events such as this staff trip helped foster teamwork, communication, and stronger professional relationships among colleagues, creating lasting memories while contributing to a positive and collaborative working culture.
