Mallika Joseph's Website

Designed and developed in 2003, this website was created as the official online presence for Mrs. Mallika Joseph, one of Sri Lanka's well-known cookery demonstrators, food creators, and culinary personalities. The objective of the project was to promote her culinary expertise, cooking programmes, training classes, media appearances, and food-related activities through an attractive and informative web platform.

The website featured a Flash-based animated introduction, providing visitors with an engaging multimedia experience before entering the main website. Following the design trends of the early 2000s, the site combined professional photography, animation, and structured content to present Mrs. Joseph's culinary career and achievements.

Note: The original website files and design layout are no longer available. The only surviving asset I was able to recover is the Flash intro animation, which was retrieved from the Internet Archive (Wayback Machine). As a result, this animation is the only original visual representation of the website included in my portfolio.
